DoseGauge is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, and it does not recommend a dose for anyone.

Not medical advice

The content and calculators on DoseGauge are provided for general educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medication, a peptide, or a health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

The calculator performs math on values you enter

DoseGauge does not know your prescription, your medication, or your clinical situation. It takes the numbers you type (vial strength, water volume, target dose) and returns the arithmetic result: a concentration, a draw volume, the units on a U-100 syringe, and doses per vial. It never decides what your dose should be. You are responsible for the values you enter and for confirming them against your prescriber and your medication labeling.

Research peptides and unapproved compounds

Some compounds covered on this site are not approved by the FDA for human use and have limited or no human pharmacokinetic data. Where that is the case, the relevant page says so. Reference figures and common protocols shown for these compounds come from preclinical studies or informal community sources, not controlled human trials, and must not be read as recommendations. Use of any unapproved compound should occur only under appropriate professional or research oversight.

No liability

DoseGauge and its maintainers are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of this site or reliance on its calculations or content. Verify every number against your prescriber and the official labeling for your medication before acting on it.

Consult a clinician

If you are considering or using any peptide or GLP-1 medication, talk to a licensed clinician first. This site exists to help you understand and check the arithmetic of reconstitution and dosing, not to replace that conversation.
